    Question: I have a property management VA, but they don’t seem to do much work. My property manager keeps doing all the tasks. What can I do to make sure the VA is doing more?

    Answer: Recommend you chat with Jo Oliveri. Jo has created VA and PM task share guidelines. Fram what I hear the VA should be doing around 60% of every task. Definitely chat with Jo.
